2 Great Events _ Dec 3 – Please Share

We need you help! SHARE…SHARE…SHARE and then attend both these great events for our kids!

“Hello! We can use your help spreading the word this week to make this year’s mattress sale a huge success. Our earnings from this event will be used exclusively for the band and band students. Also, the students get referral credit when anyone comes in and buys any mattress and mentions their name. Please take a few minutes to follow the steps (a, b, c, d) below. If you need a mattress or if you have one that could be replaced, please come out this Sunday to see us in the OC Cafeteria between 11 am and 5 pm. All the flyers are pasted and attached with this message. ”  Then attend Jazzn’ with Santa in the Ag Building from 12-5 pm! Music…Santa…Arts and Crafts!!!

  1. Please forward this message to your friends and family.
  2. Please take a picture of one or all of the flyers and send it in a text message to all your friends this week.
    c. Go to the Facebook event page, like it and invite at least 30 or more friends. 
        d. Use all forms of social media to promote the sale.

Mattress Fundraiser – Dec 3rd

This Sunday, December 3rd from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm we will be hosting our 2nd Annual Mattress Fundraiser in the O’Connor Cafeteria.  Over 25 mattress sets will be on display for you to try – new, name brands for less than retail.  All sizes and styles will be available with full manufacturer warranties. Local pick up or delivery is offered just a few weeks after the event.  Cash, checks, credit cards and layaway are available.  Every purchase supports the band!  Student’s are able to receive Panther Bucks for referrals if the purchaser mentions their name.

 

If you could help get the word out about this event, we would appreciate you sharing this information with your friends on social media.  We also have yard signs available if anyone would like to help advertise this event at their business, church, school, etc.

Jazz’n with Santa Food Donations

Parents and students,

Our Jazz’n with Santa fundraiser is this Sunday, Dec. 3rd. Parents and students donate sodas, cookies, and other easy to eat desserts to sell as part of the fundraiser. We’re asking parents whose student’s last name begins with A-M to bring goodies (cookies, brownies, etc.) and N-Z to bring cans of soda. Either store bought or homemade goodies are fine. I will be available to take donations before and after school Wednesday and Thursday and before school on Friday. You can also bring donations to the Ag building Sunday morning.

Jazz’n with Santa Donations

Jazz’n with Santa is this Sunday, Dec. 3rd. In the past, the parents have donated sodas, cookies, and other easy to eat desserts to sell as part of the fundraiser. We’re asking parents whose student’s last name begins with A-M to bring goodies (cookies, brownies, etc.) and N-Z to bring cans of soda. Either store bought or homemade goodies are fine. One of the band boosters will be available to take the donations before and after school Wednesday and Thursday, before school on Friday, and possibly after school Friday depending on the band schedule. You can also bring items to Jazz’n with Santa in the Ag building Sunday morning.
