As we approach our visit with these outstanding musicians from Japan we would like to thank all those willing to help.
The basic timeline is:
Pick Up: Sunday July 23 at 2:30pm at OC (Dinner and PM excursions)
Return for performance at OC: Monday July 24 at 3pm to rehearse w/ host kids with a performance for all at 6 pm in the auditorium. Then return home and dinner with you. (breakfast/lunch and AM excursions)
Depart and send off: Tuesday July 25 at 7:30 am at OC
We could still use a few families to host girls from the band. If you think you can do that it would help us out! Email Mr. Sandoval at Roland.Sandoval@nisd.net and cc firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
Start thinking of great excursions like downtown, River Walk, Market Square, La Villita, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and such…
Great places to eat like Texas BBQ, Burgers, and Mexican food for a great SA experience.
Attached is suggested tips and a video of the kids that we will be hosting.
The boosters are in the process of contacting all hosts and we will send more specifics as we get closer.
