Charms Login Information

Charms accounts have been updated for the 2017-2018 school year.  The following is information on how to login to the Charms system.  We are asking all parents to login to Charms and update important information.  If you are unable to login, please send an email to treasurer@thepantherband.com.  Please include your student’s name, school ID number, parent’s name, and a phone number.

It is very important that parents have access to their Charms accounts, as it helps you stay up to date with your student’s financial account, check out band happenings with our exclusive Band Calendar, volunteer to chaperone, sign up for concessions, and more.

2017-2018 Panther Card

This year’s Panther Card will be available starting at Student Prep Days, August 15th and 16th.  After that they will be available whenever merchandise is being sold, including, but not limited to Band Prep Days, Hot Dog Howdy, Panther Pride Picnic, and at all home football games.  They will also be available at the monthly booster meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Panther Cards are a great individual fundraiser because for every card you buy/sell for $10, your child gets $8 Panther Band Buck credit that can be used towards Fair Share Fees, the Band Trip, or Banquet.

Our kids have been preparing hard for fall band and it’s time for us too! The next Panther Band Booster meeting will be held Tuesday, August 8th at 7 pm in the band hall. We will be reviewing and approving the fall budget and discussing the following: summer audit findings, open chair positions, upcoming band activities.

Please come out and support our wonderful band.

Chipotle Fundraiser 7-27

Our Chipotle fundraiser is a 3 days away! Come join us at our first Family Spirit Night and meet the OC Band Boosters! Come check out what’s happening this year!

* Make sure that you present the official flyer (hard copy or
on your phone) or tell the cashier at checkout that you are here for a
fundraiser before you pay! If you don’t tell our cashier that you
are there for the fundraiser, your organization won’t get credit for
the sale.

* Gift cards purchased during fundraisers do not count towards total
donated sales, but purchases made with an existing gift card will
count.
* If placing an order online during our fundraiser, please note you
must choose the pay in-store option and inform our cashier of your
participation before paying. This will ensure your order is counted
towards the fundraiser!

Reminder for 1st Prop Building Party

Hello Fellow Panther Family, 

Just a reminder we are having our first Prop Building Party this Saturday, July 15th starting at 8:30 am at OC Back Cage Area.
Weather looks like it’s going to cooperate for us in the morning. I will continue to monitor weather, but please continue to check website just in case we need to cancel or postpone.
Breakfast and drinks provided.
Remember to bring tools, chairs, sunscreen, hats and other protective gear.

Prop Building Party!!! Sat 7-15-17

Thanks to all the committee…what a great meeting and we are well on our way to making awesome props for this years show!!

Our first prop building party will be held on Saturday July 15, 8:30-1-ish. (Weather permitting) at O’Connor HS Back Cage (where semi is stored)
Items needed:
Generators
Extension Cords
Hammers
Paint sprayers or spray guns and paint brushes
Screw Guns and other “manly” tools you think might help.
 
Breakfast and drinks will be provided.
Bring folding chairs
Kids welcome!!
