The next Booster Meeting is next Tuesday night at 7:00 pm in the Band Hall. See you there!
Parents and students,
Our Jazz’n with Santa fundraiser is this Sunday, Dec. 3rd. Parents and students donate sodas, cookies, and other easy to eat desserts to sell as part of the fundraiser. We’re asking parents whose student’s last name begins with A-M to bring goodies (cookies, brownies, etc.) and N-Z to bring cans of soda. Either store bought or homemade goodies are fine. I will be available to take donations before and after school Wednesday and Thursday and before school on Friday. You can also bring donations to the Ag building Sunday morning.
If you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com.
Next Sunday, December 3rd, is our 9th Annual Jazz’n with Santa Holiday Celebration and Arts & Crafts Show. This event is an afternoon of fun activities for the whole family including music by our Jazz Bands as well as Jazz Bands from some of the local middle schools, pictures with Santa, cookie decorating, face painting, dessert sale, sausage plate sale and an Arts and Crafts show. This event requires many volunteers. Most of the shifts are only for 2 hours. Adults and students can volunteer and any students who volunteer can receive service hours for their work.
As your students are getting out of school for the Thanksgiving break, we are asking for your help this Holiday Season. To exceed our goal for this year’s fundraising, we have partnered with Smartcell Fundraising to use their amazing Stocking Stuffer Fundraising Program.
From now until 12/15/2017, shop for awesome Apple-Certified and Android cell phone accessories that can be purchased as wonderful holiday gifts for your friends and family, especially those small stocking stuffers. With everyone now owning a cellphone, the selection of great products from Smartcell will make it easy for you to find something for everyone and everything you buy will be shipped directly to you. We have also been notified that several new items will be added to the site for Black Friday.
In addition to receiving great holiday gifts at great prices, our organization will receive 50% of the purchase price. Let me share that with you again: We get 50% of each sale; 40% of which will be credited to your student’s account! This program allows us to raise a substantial amount of money for our organization by doing what we all do during the holidays: Buying gifts for our friends and family. What could be easier for us!
Please go to www.smartcellfundraising.com, enter in our unique Shopping Code: PantherBand and the student’s name that you would like to give credit for the sale. You will be taken to a landing page which provides more information. Please don’t be shy – share the code with friends and family so that they can also purchase great gifts, and help our organization at the same time. Please SHARE, SHARE, and SHARE again! If your family just found seven others that would help, we would exceed our goals. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, and co-workers, they all can benefit with these gifts.
We hope you will help us. Every little purchase matters, and the beauty of this program is you get to shop for great gifts for a great purpose.
Please contact me with any questions.
