O’Connor Panther Band
Please don’t forget to turn in your order forms for Oct. 24th’s Game Day Dinner and meals in Duncanville. The last day to turn it in is this Tuesday, Oct. 17.
This is a mandatory meal and every band member must send it in with payment. You can pay Mrs. Ramos on Monday or Tuesday before 4th period or I will be there Monday and Tuesday after school near the food room or the uniform room.
We accept checks (made payable to O’Connor Band Boosters with your student’s name on the check) or cash. We do not accept payment from Charms accounts.
I sent out emails explaining these meals last week and will send reminders today and tomorrow. If you’re not receiving the emails, please check your student’s Charms account to verify or update your email address.

A huge SHOUT OUT to all the food crew, water crew, move crew, and chaperones who helped make yesterday’s meal so successful! It all went very smoothly with everyone coming together! Thank you Sonia, Brenda, Sonja, Mickey, Sandy and all of your volunteers!!
With the late arrival times Saturday night (Sunday morning?!), food and water crews didn’t clean and put everything away. We will be doing that Monday afternoon at 4:30 pm. Everyone is invited to help; if we have many hands, it won’t take very long. We will be cleaning coolers, putting food away, and finishing unloading the trailers. There is something for everyone to do and if you’ve never joined any of the crews, now would be a short term way to be involved with your student.
