OHS Color Guard
Spring Camp Dates
Note: Rehearsals begin and end at the times listed below. It is recommended that students arrive 10-15 minutes prior
to rehearsal start times to gather equipment and instructions. Students will need a few minutes after the end of
rehearsal to put equipment and belongings away.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings 7:30 – 8:30 am

Mandatory Parent/Guardian MeetingAt this meeting we will discuss the Color Guard program, schedules, fees, etc. Guardians will
also fill out necessary paperwork (including medical info). There will be a Q&A session as well.

During Orientation, students will order and pay for supplies, and measure for costumes. One
guardian must attend this meeting with each student.

RENTAL & MISC. FEES DUE NOW
If your child has a rental instrument and you have not paid the fee in full, please print out the following form and send payment in to the director’s office, immediately. CLICK HERE FOR FORM
If your child has ANY outstanding fees (Fair Share, Uniform Cleaning and etc) PLEASE contact Juana Rodriguez at rjamv5@sbcglobal.net to pay the remaining balance in full.
These fees are a very important part in keeping the OHS Band successful and competitive. There are thousands of dollars worth of outstanding fees we are attempting to collect. When outstanding balances are owed and not paid, it affects the entire band as a whole. These outstanding fees have seriously affected our 2010 -11 budget.
