SEPTEMBER SPIRIT NIGHTS
Spirit Nights are a FUN way to fundraise for the OHS Band. Enjoy a good meal at the participating restaurant during designated times, and they will donate a portion of the sales back to the band!
Each restaurant has different policies, some need a flyer, some need you to drop a receipt in a bucket, some will do all sales for the night without a flyer or receipt. Please be sure to check the details for the nights you attend.
YOU MAY NOT USE THE PANTHER CARD ON SPIRIT NIGHTS!
Invite your family and friends to the OHS Band Spirit Nights at the following restaurants for the month of September:
CHEESY JANES on 1604/Bandera
TUESDAY, SEPT 7, from 11am – 9pm
*a flyer is needed. You can print one from the website or pick one up at the WW Band Hall on Friday.
AND
FLOORES COUNTRY STORE on Bandera Rd
THURSDAY, SEPT 30, from 6pm – 9pm.
Live music by Jimmy Cribb and Harley Bike Night. Donations are from food sales only - excludes alcohol. Just mention you would like to your receipt to go toward the O’Connor Panther Band Fundraiser!

Fundraiser Update
Butter Braid orders were due this past Friday. If you have any late orders, please leave them in the big box near the directors office NO LATER THAN Monday, Aug 30 – by 5:30p.
Fun Pasta is available. Order forms are available in the Band Hall and also from the band moms.
Band moms will be available on Wed and Thursday mornings from 8:15 until the first bell – EXCEPT on Late Start Mornings. You or your student may pick up Panther Cards, Entertainment Books & Spirit Merchandise at this time. These items may also be purchased at Booster Meetings and Home Games (the football schedule is posted on the website under the link BAND – Marching Band).
AT&T Golf Ticket Fundraiser Update has now been changed to a “GENERAL” fund fundraiser. More information will be given at a later date.
Spirit Night for September will be at FLOORE’S COUNTRY STORE. As soon as the date is finalized – it will be announced.
FUNDRAISING REMINDERS
If you need to purchase panther cards or entertainment books – Band moms will be up in Woodwind Band Hall (by the practice rooms) on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:15a until the first bell. You can also purchase items at all Band Booster Meetings. If there are any other time items will be made available, we will let you know thru the website – but for now these are the only times.
Butter Braid Orders will be due on Friday, Aug 28. You can drop off all orders – IN A CLOSED and MARKED envelope with all totals filled out – in a box near the director’s office. Orders will be picked up AFTER the football game on Friday.
FUN PASTA begins on Sept 1 and will end on Oct 1.
